Cacau Show

The Shop AI Cacau Show Lab innovative project, presented as a booth at the Latam Retail Show 2024, was developed by Estúdio Jacarandá in co-creation with Gouvea and Cacau Show, who contributed their expertise to bring a new vision of the future of retail to life. This collaborative effort allowed the brand to create a store concept that integrates technology, visual merchandising, and storytelling, delivering an immersive and memorable experience. The concept was redefined to incorporate various technologies seamlessly embedded into an enhanced Cacau Show store.

From the very entrance, visitors were impacted by a store with flowing angles and permeable sections, creating an inviting and harmonious atmosphere. At the storefront, storytelling came to life through a curved LED screen, displaying content about ingredients and textures that highlight the chocolate’s quality, sparking consumer curiosity and connecting them to the brand’s values and history.

The public was welcomed dynamically by an avatar of Alexandre Costa, the brand’s CEO, who interacted by narrating the brand’s story, answering questions, and inviting visitors into the booth. The layout provided a fluid and intuitive journey, encouraging visitors to explore all the retail technologies showcased. The goal was to bring to life a store of the future, integrating artificial intelligence and other purpose-driven technologies to enhance the physical store experience.

The ambiance was carefully designed, featuring an earthy and neutral color palette that highlights the products, while interactive screens and panels displayed inspiring content that enriched the experience.

The visual merchandising solutions were enhanced with AI-controlled lighting, which adjusts the intensity and focus of the light according to the products on display, maximizing their prominence and increasing visual appeal.

The project prioritized natural and sustainable materials, including acoustic panels made from recycled PET and a resin coating combined with unconventional materials, such as treated cocoa nibs, which not only add aesthetic value but also provide a unique olfactory element.

Designed to be an omnichannel space, the store physically integrated the digital environment, unifying sales, inventory, and customer management to ensure a connected and efficient operation. With a combination of innovation, technology, and respect for the brand’s essence, the booth provided a true glimpse into the future of retail.
