Puro Açaí, an established chain that produces and sells açaí creams and other fruits from the northern region, felt the need to have a new store model with more of a distinctive personality and a more comfortable journey for its public.
The store concept was developed with the use of elements of popular culture, taking into account the integration of the Brazilian north and northeast regions, as the company was born in Fortaleza – CE. The concept includes weaving, basketry, hollow wooden structures and a large central island with a mix of self-service products. The design included contemporary ceramic tiles with an artisanal aesthetic. Its VM was made up of furniture in the brand’s colors, handicraft objects from the Brazilian northeast, and pendant lights with straw baskets. The façade is surrounded by colored brises, which help to air-condition the interior of the store.
The store communicates the perception of a contemporary space to the consumer, which is disruptive in relation to other operations in the açaí store segment, as well as emphasizing the possibility of co-creation of the menu through the in-store journey. The store concept reinforces the freshness of the products.
