Pissani

The new Pissani concept store was designed to enhance the presentation of the handmade pasta collections, real gems created by chef Carlos Pissani.

With a sophisticated look and feel, the store’s design prioritized the consumer’s contact with the products’ handmade manufacturing process. Inside the store, you can see the kitchen operation in a display window.

Display drawers are set out to show the public the elaborate design of the pastas, gathered in themed collections, as well as a cabinet that displays the mix of complementary products, such as olive oils, sauces, wines and kitchen utensils.
