The proposed brief was to create a store capable of awakening customers’ curiosity and encouraging the desire to travel, turning a visit to the store into an immersive and inspiring experience. The store was designed not only to showcase destinations and products, but also to create an environment that promotes exploration and the desire to take off on new adventures.

This project involved materializing the store concept of a brand that, until then, had operated 100% online, creating its physical presence in various formats, from a flagship to compact POS. With accelerated expansion, 13 stores were opened in just one quarter, both in Brazil and Argentina.

The architectural design integrates a sensory and technological journey that transports customers to other universes as soon as they enter the store. Visual, sound and interactive elements have been combined to create an immersive experience, where the customer begins their journey as they explore the space, creating a unique experience in each store.

The integration of technologies and sensory elements reinforces the emotional connection with the customer, thereby transforming the store into a starting point for new discoveries. The brand’s rapid and successful expansion into the physical environment, both in Brazil and Argentina, demonstrates the effectiveness and relevance of this concept in today’s market.
