Dauper is a renowned cookie factory located in Canela (RS), which serves various retail brands throughout Brazil. The company felt the need to have a store concept that would impact the public with a gastronomic experience within the universe of cookies.
In a house right in front of the iconic Catedral de Pedra, we created a playful environment that brings the concept of a fun factory that is entirely “Instagrammable”. The architecture is based on a palette inspired by the products and its main element is a large conveyor belt that takes the cookies from the mini factory on the first floor to ground level, where they are served to the consumer. This allows the entire production process to be visualized. This conveyor belt also inspired various architectural and decorative elements in the store. Modular furniture with metal grids and stainless steel finishes complements the ambience and facilitates the rollout process for future units.
Today, Dauper is an iconic tourist attraction in Canela, delighting visitors from all over the country with a playful and gastronomic experience.
