Our aim was to develop a new concept focusing on the journey of the Ben & Jerry’s consumer/fan within the store.
We revisited all the brand’s ESG initiatives, its relevance in relation to social initiatives, aimed at the communities where it is present, as well as minorities. We proposed a project with the brand’s DNA, but with a balance of playfulness, which resulted in a more contemporary, democratic and sustainable store. Less “fun”, with less presence of the Woody mascot, and more points of contact and dialog about the issues that the brand defends.
The result was the creation of a cleaner, more economical store, with great potential to be scalable, making it possible to expand with less investment than the previous project. Internal and external seating areas enhance the public’s presence and comfort inside the store.
